Generic Type: Polyurethane elastomer. Part A and Part B mixed prior to application. General Properties: An extremely tough, elastic coating with excellent physical properties and chemical resistance. It has outstanding resistance to abrasion and impact. It has high tear strength, toughness and low temperature flexibility. Having a minimum 400% free film elongation, POLYTOK Deck Coating 131 will bridge future hairline cracks on concrete surfaces, thus maintaining a permanent monolithic coating. Recommended Uses: As a heavy-duty deck coating over concrete and other surfaces, or as a tough elastic barrier coat over concrete roofs. May be used as an exposed moisture and chemical barrier which will expand and contract with small cracks in the substrate, to prevent moisture seepage to underlying areas and spalling of concrete. Recommended for plazas, stadiums and parking decks. Typical Physical properties: (After 45 days cure at 75°F (24°C) and 50% R.H. for a film of 40 mils (1000 microns) thickness.
